BAC Japan Co., Ltd., was established as a joint venture between Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc., (headquartered in Maryland, USA) and Sinko Industries Ltd. (headquartered in Osaka).

Since its establishment in 1938, Baltimore Aircoil has been a global leader in the development and manufacture of a wide range of products, including open-circuit cooling towers, closed-circuit cooling towers, evaporative condensers, ice thermal storage systems, heat exchangers, and related products.
Since its establishment in 1950, Sinko Industries Ltd. has been a top manufacturer of commercial air conditioning equipment in Japan. The company has leveraged robust product capabilities and extensive expertise to contribute to various social infrastructure projects related to air conditioning.

Harnessing the strengths of both companies, we at BAC Japan are committed to a corporate philosophy of
“Creating the Future with Sustainable Cooling Technology.”
Through cooling system products, we strive to help solve various societal challenges, including energy conservation, water savings, and demand response.
